Objective:Study of inhaled budesonide combined with salbutamol in treatment of acute at ack of asthma in children.Methods: 92 cases of acute asthma in children, according to the methods of treatment were used and divided into treatment group and control group, al patients after admission were given conventional treatment according to the il ness, the treatment group in the conventional treatment based on the given budesonide and salbutamol sulfate solution 5%1.0mg 0.5ml inhalation, 2 times daily; the control injection after 1mg/kg intravenous group were given methyl strong, 1 times a day, 3 days of continuous use of the two groups were observed the improvement of clinical symptoms, and the therapeutic effect was evaluated.Results:3 days after treatment, symptoms of two groups of children with ease, dyspnea, cough, respiratory failure to correct, no death case. Treatment group total effectiveness 95.6%, the comparison group total effectiveness 73.9%, statistical y (P<0.01), with significant difference.Conclusion:Effect of budesonide combined with salbutamol atomization inhalation with safety, convenient use, exact clinical curative effect, adverse reaction characteristics of smal children with acute asthma at ack, is the best choice for the treatment of acute at ack of asthma in children, is worthy of clinical use.
