Objective:To investigate patients’postoperative visual satisfaction of phacoemulsification in order to provide reference for the choice of IOL. Method:347 patients after phacoemulsification were inquired satisfaction of vision. Results: There 286 patients finished the survey. There were 79 patients implanted clear intraocular lenses, 79 patients implanted yel ow intraocular lenses, 80 patients implanted photochromic intraocular lenses, 58 patients implanted aspheric intraocular lenses and 54 patients implanted multifocal intraocular lenses. Few implanted multifocal intraocular lenses patients had reading difficulty. But most implanted monofocal intraocular lens patients had reading difficulty. Implanted clear intraocular lenses patients and yel ow intraocular lenses patients had more difficulty at night and in distinguishing color than the patients implanted photochromic intraocular lenses. Conclusions:multifocal intraocular lenses and aspheric intraocular lenses indeed could improve the visual quality of postoperative patients.
