Objective:To explore the relationship between change of dominant eye after LASIK and visual function. Methods:to choose the LASIK operation 235 cases 470 eyes of myopia patients, dominant eye examination eyes don't use card hole method. Results:the dominant eye in preoperative LASIK distribution mainly in the right eye, preoperative best corrected visual acuity eyes don't and dominant eyes not good consistency, the dominant eye no change in 220 cases, changing in 15 cases, including 15 ° oblique 5 cases. Conclusion:in many cases, dominant eye were the best corrected visual acuity eyes.
