头面部刮痧用于胃脘痛患者睡眠障碍的疗效观察

目的：改善脾胃虚寒型胃脘痛患者的睡眠障碍。方法：将80例脾胃虚寒型胃脘痛患者随机分为观察组和对照组。两组均接受常规治疗，观察组在此基础上使用头面部刮痧治疗。结果：观察组睡眠障碍改善效果显著优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论：使用头面部刮痧能有效解除脾胃虚寒型胃脘痛患者的睡眠障碍。
Objective:to improve the spleen and stomach type cold weiwantong patients sleep disorders. Methods:80 cases of spleen and stomach deficiency type cold weiwantong patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group. Both group accepted routine treatment, the observation group was treated on the basis of using facial scrapping. Results: the observation group of sleep disorders improve effect significantly bet er than the control group (P0.01). Conclusion: using head facial scrapping can effectively remove cold spleen deficiency type weiwantong patients with sleep disorders.
