Objective:To observe the application effect of identity joint"two-way check"in nursing safety management. Methods:patient care safety management quality ( the overal care , operating skil s , health education and patient satisfaction ) were compared before identification with"two-way check"was applied ( April 2011-2012 in March ) and after ( April 2012-2013 in March ). Results:identification with"two-way check", the quality of patient care safety management was bet er than before when identification with"two-way check"was applied (P<0.05), and nursing defects , care less complaints were decreased . Conclusions:Identification with"two-way check"can effectively prevent the occurrence of nursing errors , improve quality of care and safety management .
