Objective: To explore the causes of complications in high-risk operation of family planning. Methods: 18176 cases of women 2008-2012 years of the implementation of family planning operation in our center as the research object, the identified as high-risk operation was performed on 4103 patients with postoperative telephone fol ow-up, al cases were fol owed up for 1 weeks, after January, after March, if found abnormal, timely to hospital;a detailed record of high-risk operation the occurrence of complications. Results: the operation of family planning implementation of our center in 2008 -2012 years respectively, most people take ring, wherein the proportion of the overal operation of high-risk increasing development, the complication rate was decreasing form development; risk taking ring operation rate and complications are reduced forms of development. Conclusion:the main reason of family planning operation complications. The high-risk operation process of amenorrhea and operation of the human body, operation technology of ultrasound guidance and visual flow and other advanced may reduce its incidence.
