objective:Analysis of rational use of antibiotics in clinical treatment of respiratory diseases in Department of internal medicine. Methods:Retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 200 patients in our hospital from respiratory department of internal medicine, and analysis of the usage of antibacterial drugs in this group of patients and its rationality. ResultS:In 200 cases, 190 patients used antibiotics, accounted for 95%, of which 190 patients used antibiotics, patients were completely cured 72 cases, the ratio was 38.89%, improvement in 106 patients, the ratio was 55.78%, 12 cases were not cured, ratio of 6.32%. The patients with adverse reactions in 3 patients, the incidence rate was 1.58%. Conclusion:Antimicrobial plays an important role in the treatment of respiratory diseases in Department of internal medicine clinic, strengthen the rational use of antimicrobial agents, to reduce adverse reactions, is of great significance and value to improve the therapeutic effect.
