Objective:application of pediatric atomization inhalation and nursing progress is analyzed. Method:the data in February 2011-August 2012 in our hospital 78 cases children with respiratory diseases, and according to different condition to give the corresponding conventional treatment, al children in the conventional treatment based uplink atomization inhalation treatment and nursing intervention on the patient's general information, clinical curative effect and nursing methods and so on carries on the summary and analysis. Results:78 cases according to different condition to give the corresponding conventional therapy, both line atomization inhalation treatment and comprehensive nursing intervention, including 2 cases with excessive crying parents refused to atomization inhalation therapy, 1 case of children crying fainted to atomization inhalation treatment; The rest of 75 cases, 57 cases cured, 18 cases underwent condition improved significantly. Conclusion: atomization inhalation therapy on children, comprehensive caregivers of children with patience and meticulous care, and communicate with the parents of the children, establish a good relationship between nurses and patients, can improve adherence to treatment, and children can help children with smoothly recovery of disease.
