Objective: To study the psychological intervention on the impact of coronary heart disease and relapse. Methods: Hamilton Depression Rating Scale (HAMD), Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA) and Seat le Angina Scale, statistics psychological intervention in the treatment of coronary heart disease hospital stay, readmission number of cases were observed before and after treatment changes in depression and anxiety, the cure and remission rates. Conclusion:average number of days hospitalized psychological intervention group 8.5 days in the control group 13.2 days, p<0.01;discharged psychological intervention group visits a year when anxiety and depression were significantly lower than the admission of anxiety and depression, (P <0.01). Within one year of psychological intervention group was hospitalized eight cases of the control group, 15 cases of readmission, (P <0.01).
