目的：探讨PPH联合外剥内扎术治疗环状混合痔的临床疗效。方法：选择环状混合痔患者70例，随机分为PPH联合外剥内扎术组和Mil igan-Morgan组，两组患者分别采用PPH联合外剥内扎术和Mil igan-Morgan术治疗，比较两组患者术后住院时间、疼痛、便血及术后并发症发生情况。结果：PPH联合外剥内扎组与Mil igan-Morgan组相比，两组患者术后住院时间、疼痛、便血差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05），肛门狭窄、肛缘水肿、痔复发差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：PPH联合外剥内扎术治疗环状混合痔疗效确切，值得临床应用与推广。
Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of the treatment of PPH combined with Mil igan-Morgan surgery for circumferential mixed hemorrhoids. Methods:Col ect 70 patients with circumferential mixed hemorrhoids, they were divided into PPH combined with Mil igan-Morgan group and Mil igan-Morgan group, comparing the postoperative hospital stay,pain,bleeding, and postoperative complications. Results:There were no difference in the postoperative hospital stay,pain,bleeding (P>0.05);there was a significant statistical significance(P<0.05) in the anal stenosis,anal edema,recurrence. Conclusion:The efficacy of the treatment of PPH combined with Mil igan-Morgan surgery for circumferential mixed hemorrhoids is exact,worthy of clinical application and promotion.
