Objective:The purpose of this experiment is to treat retinal laser damage repair by Guangfutang. Methods:The patients included in the pilot were randomly divided into three groups:Guangfutang group. Yinxingye group.and blank group. Each group included 20 patients. The courses is 60 days. Everyone took medicine in the first 24 hours after the laser treatment after. we inspected their FFA before Panretinal photocoagulation .Then, investigated their result of FFA at the end of the half-hour after the end of the first Panretinal photocoagulation and medication 60 days. Results:FFA showed that the Guangfutang group and the Yinxingye group whose sheet of retinal hemorrhage, capil ary leakage, no capil ary perfusion, the effect of macular edema are bet er than control group (p <0.01); Guangfutang group’s flake of retinal hemorrhage, capil ary leakage, no capil ary perfusion, the effect of macular edema were bet er than Yinxingyef group (p<0.01). Conclusion:The test showed Guangfutang could recovery the damage of retinal laser treatment.And proved that Chinese medicine in the restoration of a number of laser-induced damage of the retina has a strong function.The catalytic role in the application of Chinese medicine for the treatment of retinal laser injury provided a reference for clinical observation.
