objective:Functional constipation (FC) has become one of the major benign disease affecting the quality of modern life, At the same time close to the onset of chronic constipation and colon, so rational diagnosis and treatment of functional constipation is particularly important.Methods:Colonoscopy was performed in 1000 patients with long-term, repeated constipation,And genetic factors, mental factors, dietary habits were studied.Results:1000 patients undergoing colonoscopy, 952 patients did not find organic disease, further research constipation pathogenesis factor.Conclusions:The majority of patients receive colonoscopy is a functional constipation, accounted for 95.20, while the study found many factors of functional constipation pathogenesis and genetic, psychological factors, diet and so on.
