Objective:To discuss the experience of uterine incision pregnancy again after cesarean section 1 to 2 years. Methods:Choosed 38 pregnant women from Jan. 2002 to Dec. 2012 to divide into study group and control ed group. The control ed group were treated with common nursing, the study group were treated with nursing intervention. Compared the effects of these two groups. Results:The incidence of complication, adverse effects of study group were less than control ed group. The time of post-lactation period had no difference with control ed group. Conclusion: nursing intervention of uterine incision pregnancy again after cesarean section 1 to 2 years to decrease incidence of complication and adverse effects to improve pregnants safety.
