Objective: To study the methods and effects of pre-hospital emergency nursing for acute myocardium infarction to provide envidence in future work. Methods:Choosed 56 acute myocardium infarction patients from Jun. 2010 to Jun. 2012 to divide into study group and control ed group with 28 cases in each other. The control ed group were send to hospital by their family members withouts pre-hospital emergency nursing, but study group were treated with pre-hospital emergency nursing along the way. Compared the in-hospital time, dead rate and complication of these two groups. Results:The in-hospital time, dead number and incidence of complication of study group were less than control ed group (P<0.05). Conclusion:Strengthen pre-hospital emergency nursing for acute myocardium infarction can improve clinical symptoms and decrease complication effectively.
