To discuss the nursing methods of intra-abdominal surgery in patients with low body temperature. Method:88 patients were al the abdominal surgery after anesthesia, which were distributed into Study group with 44 cases and Control group with 44 cases. Control group was nursed by traditional method and Study group was nursed by body temperature intervention method. Results:The temperature of two groups’ patients while going into operating room and after success of anesthesia had significant difference (P>0.05). The body temperature of Study group was significantly lower than Control group in, after operation and back to the ward (P<0.05). Conclusion: Nursing intervention has great clinical effects in maintaining the temperature of intra-abdominal surgery patients, and can prevent the occurrence of low temperature.
