Objective:To investigate clinical efficacy of comprehensive nursing intervention for the elderly patients with cervical neck. Methods:The patients with cervical neck from January 2012 to 2013 January in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group, and the control group was given regular nursing while the observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention, and the clinical efficacy and quality of life scores were compared between the two groups. Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group and the recurrence rate was significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05);the vertigo symptoms and function scores and living scale scores were significantly improved, and the observation group had increased more significantly than the control group, the differences were statistical y significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: The comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively improve clinical symptoms of elderly patients with cervical neck, and reduce the relapse rate and improve the quality of life.
