Objective:Study on qingre Xiaoyan Ning combined with low dose of hormones in treating Idiopathic Thrombocytopenic Purpura: clinical efficacy. Methods:96 patients were randomly assigned to heat inflammation treatment group (48 cases) and conventional hormones control group (48 cases), treatment of qingre Xiaoyan capsule oral y three times earlier in the night, 4 capsules, and oral prednisone 0.5mg/(kg.d), after treating the platelets return to normal, hormone decline to 5-10mg/d, 3 months maintenance medication. Control group to prednisone tablets oral 1mg (kg.d), after treating the platelets return to normal, hormone decline to 5-10mg/d, 3 months maintenance medication. Results:Total effective rate 96.2%treatment group, control group total effective rate 92.4%, comparative statistical analysis between the groups (p﹤ 0.05), with notable differences. Conclusion:Qingre Xiaoyan Ning combined with low dose of hormone in treating ITP has the advantages of regulation and treatment based on syndrome differentiation to avoid side effects of long-term use of Western medicine, improves symptoms in patients with ITP, ITP treatment to develop a certain degree of significance.
