Objective: To investigate the effect of Astragalus Injection on pulmonary function and serum in patients with asthma and CRP. Methods: 82 cases of patients with bronchial asthma, were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 41 cases in each. Two groups of patients were given conventional treatment as appropriate. The treatment group was treated with Astragalus membranaceus injection intravenous drip, 1 times a day, 4 weeks as a course of treatment. Detection of two groups before and after treatment the serum CRP and lung function in. Results:the two groups of patients before treatment of pulmonary function in FEV1 percentage of predicted value%, PEF%predicted:1, 4 weeks after treatment, were significantly improved (P<0.05), the treatment group improved more significantly than that of the control group (al P<0.05);the two groups of patients before treatment CRP basic consistent (P>0.05), 1, 4 weeks after treatment, two groups of patients with CRP were significantly decreased (P<0.05), 1, 4 weeks after treatment, two groups of patients with CRP were significantly decreased (P<0.05), but the treatment group compared with the control group, CRP decreased significantly (P<0.05);the two group after treatment showed no significant adverse drug reactions. Conclusion:Astragalus injection can improve the stress state of the airway in asthma patients, improve lung function, patient safety and reliable, worthy of clinical use.
