目的：比较洛铂（LBP）或顺铂（DDP）治疗恶性胸腔积液的疗效。方法：对确诊为恶性胸腔积液的60例病人随机分为LBP组(n=30)和DDP组(n=30)，采用胸腔内注射治疗方法，LBP组注入洛铂，DDP组注入顺铂，比较两组间疗效和不良反应。结果：LBP组与DDP组疗效比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05），在毒副作用方面，LBP组在白细胞减少、贫血、恶心呕吐发生率较DDP组低，差异有统计学意义（P﹤0.05）。结论：洛铂胸腔内注射治疗肺癌致恶性胸腔积液疗效与顺铂相当，毒副反应较轻。
Objective To compare the therapeutic effect and adverse reaction of lobaplatin and cisplatin for treatment of Malignant Pleural Effusion.Methods A total of 60 patients with Malignant Pleural Effusion were treated by the way of intrapleural injection.The patients were divided randomized into two groups:30 cases were injected lobaplatin (LBP group), 30 cases were injected cisplatin (DDP group).Results The clinical efficacy were not significantly different between two groups(P>0.05).The incidences of WBC reduction,hypohemia,sicchaisa and vomit were significant higher in DDP group than that in LBP group(P﹤0.05).Conclusion The treatment of Lobaplatin showed almost the same clinical efficacy compared to the therapy of cisplatin in treatment of malignant pleural effusion,but with less side effct.
