Aim:Discuss the effects of ANG-1、IL-8 and TGF-β1 in pathogenesis of chronic obstructive lung disease.Method:Chose 42 COPD patients and 10 health adults(Group A).According to the pathogenetic condition of COPD,we devided 42 patients into 4 groups. Checked out the numerus of ANG-1、IL-8 and TGF-β1 and the numerus of pulmonary function in stationary phase and acute phase of COPD.Results:There are statistical significances of ANG-1 、IL-8 and TGF-β1 in Group B、C、D、E in stationary phase and acute phase. There are statistical significances of ANG-1 in al groups in stationary phase . There are statistical significances of TGF-β1 in A、B、C、D groups.There are no statistical significances of TGF-β1 in Group D and E. There are statistical significances of IL-8 between group B、C、D and A group, there are no statistical significances among B、C、D group, the levels of group E in IL-8 are higher than other groups . There are bet er correlation in Group C and Group D、E of ANG-1 and FEV1(%),FEV1/FVC(%) than Group C 、Group D 、Group E of TGF-β1 and FEV1(%),FEV1/FVC(%). Conclusion:The factor of blood vessels has the bet er closeness in pathogenesis of chronic obstructive lung disease.
