目的：对比分析阴式子宫肌瘤剔除术与经腹子宫肌瘤剔除术治疗子宫肌瘤的临床疗效。方法：回顾性分析2012年2月至2013年2月间在我院进行治疗的94例子宫肌瘤患者的临床记录资料，治疗组47例，采用阴式子宫肌瘤剔除术，对照组47例，采用经腹子宫肌瘤剔除术。结果：治疗组的总有效率明显高于对照组，具有显著性差异（P<0.05）。治疗组的手术时间、住院时间、术中出血量以及肛门排气时间均明显少于对照组，具有显著性差异（P<0.01）。结论：阴式子宫肌瘤剔除术治疗子宫肌瘤的临床疗效显著，治疗费用低，值得临床推广应用。
Objective: To investigate clinical treatment effect for uterine fibroids by vaginal myomectomy and abdominal myomectomy. Methods: Clinical data of 94 patients with uterine fibroids in our hospital from February 2012 to February 2013 were reviewed . The treatment group(47) treated by vaginal myomectomy and the control group (47) treated by abdominal myomectomy. Results: After treatment,The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group( P<0.05 );The operation time ,hospitalization time, blood loss and anal exsufflation time were significantly lowetr than that of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Vaginal myomectomy treatment for uterine fibroids have significant clinical efficacy and lower cost of treatment.
