52例开放性骨折创口感染的临床效果观察

目的：总结分析创面负压封闭引流（VSD）技术在开放性骨折创口感染中的临床应用效果。方法：选择2010年6月~2012年11月期间我院收治的52例开放性骨折创口感染患者为研究对象，给予VSD技术治疗，观察临床治疗效果，比较治疗前后患者生存质量的变化。结果：52例患者经VSD治疗后均可见创面长出的新鲜肉芽组织和丰富毛细血管，表面洁净且有生成新皮肤组织。患者平均住院（12.6±1.5）天。治疗后生存质量评分明显提高，差异显著（P＜0.05）。结论：VSD技术在开放性骨折创口感染中应用效果较好，能显著改善患者生存质量，缩短愈合时间，值得推广使用。
Objective: To investigate clinical effect of vacuum sealing drainage (VSD)for open fracture wound infection. Methods: 52 patients with open fracture wound infection in our hospital from June 2010 to November 2012 were slected and treated by vacuum sealing drainage.The clinical effect and changes in quality of life were analysed after treatment. Results: After treatment by VSD,the wound grew new shoots of fresh meat and rich capil aries, surface clean and built new skin tissue. The mean hospital stay was (12.6 ±1.5) days.The scores of quality of life was significantly improved ( P<0.05 ).Conclusion:VSD technology in the application of open fracture wound infection have significant effect , can significantly improve patients' quality of life and shorten healing time.
