The ophthalmic medical experiments according to patients' gender, age and degree of vision in 106 patients were randomly divided into two treatment groups, respectively is: treatment group: a total of 53 patients, mainly used in treatment of excimer laser corneal flap of cornea grinding with surgery (LASEK) for diagnosis and treatment; Control group: a total of 53 patients, mainly used in treatment of excimer laser in situ corneal grinding with surgery (LASIK) for diagnosis and treatment. Results: by observation of surgery and postoperative recovery, treatment group: a total of 53 patients, 51 cases of 96 eyes check naked eye eyesight are greater than or equal to best corrected vision before operation, 2 cases (3 eyes is lower than the preoperative vision correction, fine rate was 96.23%. Control group: a total of 53 patients, 48 cases of 90 eyes check naked eye eyesight are greater than or equal to the best corrected visual acuity before surgery, 5 cases (8 eyes is lower than the preoperative vision correction, fine rate was 90.56%. After observed 3 to 6 months after surgery, the treatment group of diopter, corneal topography, corneal Haze level and the situation of the complications were bet er than the control group. The differences of two groups of patients had no significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: in the process of excimer laser treatment, use LASEK surgery can bet er achieve the result of clinical treatment, the fine rate and the postoperative recovery were bet er than LASIK surgery group, it is recommended that treatment widely more in the future.
