中药熏洗治疗痔术后肛缘水肿的临床效果分析

目的：探讨中药熏洗治疗痔疮术后肛缘水肿的临床疗效。方法：选取我院在2010年至2012年收治的痔术后肛缘水肿患者70例，将所有患者分为观察组和对照组，观察组患者采用中药熏洗治疗，对照组患者应用高锰酸钾治疗，对两组的治疗效果进行比较。结果：疗效比较，观察组总有效率（94.3%）明显大于对照组（77.1%），且 P<0.05。结论：应用中药熏洗治疗痔术后肛缘水肿疗效确切，值得临床推广。
Objective: To investigate the treatment of hemorrhoids herbal fumigation anal margin postoperative edema clinical efficacy. METHODS: A hospital in 2010-2012 after hemorrhoid anus treated 70 patients with edema, al the patients were divided into observation group and control group, the observation group were treated with herbal fumigation treatment and control group patients with high manganese potassium therapy, two groups treatment were compared. Results:Comparison of efficacy, the total effective rate (94.3%) was significantly higher than the control group (77.1%), andP <0.05. Conclusion: Treatment herbal fumigation efficacy postoperative edema anus, worthy of promotion.
