Objective:To explore the clinical prevention and treatment of chronic heart failure with dilutional hyponatremia experience. Methods:100 cases of patients with chronic heart failure, according to the dilutional hyponatremia, light in weight, were divided into three groups, are given the limited water and oxygen, dilation of blood vessels, sodium supplement therapy. Results:the three groups of patients after the treatment of mild to moderate, dilutional hyponatremia can cure, severe dilutional hyponatremia had poor effect. Conclusion:the dilutional hyponatremia was an important factor in treatment of chronic heart failure.
