Analysis on the distribution and antimicrobial-susceptibility of Salmonella carried by staffs of service trades of food and beverage in Taizhou city from 2009 to 2010

目的:了解泰州市区从业人员携带沙门菌菌型分布和药物敏感情况,为制定有效防治措施及指导合理用药提供科学依据。方法:对我中心2009-2010年度饮服从业人员健康体检中初筛分离到的148株疑似沙门菌株进行系统生化和血清分型鉴定并采用纸片扩散法( K- B)检测抗生素耐药性,依据 NCCLS 规定判断结果。结果:2009-2010年度检出的沙门菌中,E 群占62.96%,D 群占12.96%, B 群占10.18%、 C 群占8.33%,A 群和其他群各占2.78%,其中中以 E 群的山夫登堡和火鸡沙门菌为优势菌型,分别为29.63%、25.00%。108株沙门菌药敏实验表明沙门菌对头孢噻肟、环丙沙星、复方新诺明高度敏感,但有耐药株出现;诺氟沙星、氨苄青霉素、庆大霉素、四环素、萘啶酸出现不同程度耐药,其中萘啶酸耐药率达100.00%,结论:泰州市区从业人员携带沙门菌血清型以山夫登堡和火鸡沙门菌为主,耐药分析提示应加强沙门菌耐药性监测,对合理选择及使用抗生素提供指导。
Objective:To analyze the serotype distribution and antimicrobial resistance of Salmonel a carried by workers in Taizhou , and to provide the scientific basis formulation of effective prevention measure and clinical reasonable medication′s instruction. Methods The suspicious Salmonel a isolates recovered from preventive medicine examination were identified systematical y by biochemical tests and serotyping from 2009 to 2010.The medicine sensitive experiment uses the K - B law, and judgmentting result based on NCCLS. Results:Salmonel a detected, group E occupies the 62.96%,group D occupies the 12.96%,group B occupies the 10.18%,group C occupies the 8.33%,group A and other group occupy the 2.78% respectively, including the predominant serotype Senftenberg(29.63%) and Meleagridis (25.00%).Drug sensitivity test showed the Salmonel a isolates were highly sensitive to Cefotaxime, Ciprofloxacin; Salmonel a to Norfloxacin、Ampicil in、Gentamicin、 Tetracyclin and Nalidixic acid resistance rates were 20.37%、 33.33%、41.67%、53.70% and 100.00%.Conclusion:The predominant strains of Salmonel a carried by works were Salmonel a Senftenberg and Salmonel a Meleagridis in Taizhou.The existence of drug resistant Salmonel a isolates suggests the importance of rational selection of antibiotics.
