亚硝酸盐污染引起中毒后影响因子对结果的探讨

目的:对一起亚硝酸盐污染自来水管道引起中毒进行探讨,用饮用水、井水、呕吐物等样品进行测定,并对检测过程中的影响因子(适当的稀释倍数)对亚硝酸盐含量进行探讨。方法:采用 GB/T5750-2006和 GB5009.33-2010国家标准规定的检验方法对饮用水和井水、呕吐物中亚硝酸盐含量进行测定。结果:应用影响因子对饮用水、井水、呕吐物等样品的亚硝酸盐含量与区疾控实验结果,经过配对 t 检验,t10=1.77, t(0.05,9)=2.26,t10< t(0.05,9)表明用影响因子测定,两单位结果差异没有显著性(P>0.05),并且回收率高﹑精密度好。结论:实验结果表明污染了的饮用水、井水、呕吐物等亚硝酸盐含量,影响因子对亚硝酸盐含量作用很大,合适的影响因子对结果至关重要。影响因子的应用,具有准确﹑省时﹑灵敏与简便的特点。
Objective:To cause poisoning explore together nitrite pol ution water pipe drinking water, wel water, vomit and blood samples were measured, and the impact factor of the detection process (appropriate dilution factor) to explore the nitrite content. Methods:GB/T5750-2006 and GB5009.33-2010 national standard test methods for drinking water and wel water, vomit and blood nitrite content were determined. Results:Application of the impact of factors such as drinking water, wel water, vomit and blood samples and nitrite content and District CDC experimental results after a paired t-test, t10 = 1.77, t (0.05,9) = 2.26, t10 <t(0.05,9)impact factor results show that there was no significant difference (P> 0.05), and high recovery rate, precision.Conclusion:Experimental results show that contaminated drinking water, wel water, vomit and blood nitrite content, the impact factor, the role of nitrite content appropriate impact factor is essential results; affect the application of the factor, with accurate, time-saving, sensitive and easy.
