Objective: to focus on and explore the aneurysm clip nursing effect and nursing methods were closed period of operation. Methods: using retrospective method analysis and comparison of our hospital in 2010 January -2012 year in December 72 cases of peri operation period nursing careful y with aneurysms microsurgical clipping, and then analysis the results of nursing. Results: To surround operation period nursing careful y through the aneurysms microsurgical clipping patients, 72 patients with aneurysms microsurgical clipping, 60 cases were cured, 6 cases improved, 4 cases of pulmonary infection, 2 cases died, the cure rate was 91.67%, the infection rate was 5.56%, the mortality rate was 2.77. Conclusion: aneurysm clip nursing critical closing period of operation, is the key to a successful operation, improving the survival quality, to improve our treatment of aneurysms microsurgical clipping operation period patient success rate has important value.
