2012年无锡市市售食品中铝残留量情况

Investigation on aluminum residues in food in Wuxi market during 2012

目的:了解无锡市场上不同加工品种的食品中铝残留量的污染状况。方法:采用 ICP-OES 法检测铝含量。结果:共检测样品88件,合格率为61%,其中凉皮、海蛰、包子中的铝污染情况比较严重,紫菜、薯片和米饼中铝含量均未超出国家限量标准。结论:滥用含铝膨松剂是超标的主要原因,应引起相关部门的重视,确保食品安全和消费者健康。
Objective:To assess aluminum pol ution of in different kinds of food in Wuxi market. Methods:Determination of aluminum content by ICP-OES method.Results:A total of 88 samples were examined with the qualified rate of 61%. The aluminum pol ution in cold noodle, jel yfish and steamed bread is very serious. But the contents of aluminum in laver, rice cakes and potato chips are lower than the national standard limit. Conclusion:The abuse of aluminized loose agent is mainly due to food contained excessive aluminum, which should be paid more at ention to ensure the food safety and human health.
