Theraputic effects of Radiofrequency thermocoagulation on posterior rami of lumbar spinal nerves in Waist soft tissue pain

目的：探讨腰脊神经后支射频热凝治疗腰部软组织疼痛的临床疗效。方法：选择腰部软组织疼痛的患者180例，随机分为 A 组（实验组,n=90)，B组（对照组,n=90)；。A 组患者在 CT 直视下行疼痛区域脊神经后支射频热凝治疗。B 组患者采用传统的口服止痛药物及针灸理疗治疗。记录两组患者在治疗前、治疗两周后的疼痛程度；疼痛程度测量采用视觉模拟评分法（visual analogue scale VAS）。结果：A 组在治疗后有81例疼痛消失，9例疼痛缓解。B 组疼痛消失的有45例，疼痛缓解的有24例，无效的有21例。治疗后 VAS 评分,A 组显著优于 B 组（P<0.05）。结论：相对于传统方法，腰脊神经后支射频热凝能快速、有效地治疗腰部软组织痛。
Objective: To evaluate efficacy of Radiofrequency (RF) thermocoagulation of posterior rami on lumbar spinal nerves in Waist soft tissue pain.180 patients with Waist soft tissue pain were randomly divided into group A and B (n=90). Group A were treated with RF thermocoagulation ,guided by CT .Group B were treated with Oral sedatives and acupuncture . Patients were observed for 2 weeks, measured before and after treatment using visual analogue scale (VAS) which ranged from 0 (no pain) to 10 ( most severe pain). Results: Within group B, pain disappeared in 81 patients , relieved in 9. Within group A, pain disappears were observed in 45 patients, relief in 24 , ineffectiveness in 21.After treatment,VAS of groupA is significantly bet er than group B(P<0.05).Conclusion: The theraputic effects of radiofrequency (RF) thermocoagulation of posterior rami of spinal nerves on l waist soft tissue pain, is bet er than conventional treatment.
