Objective: To observe the curative effect of Adefovir and entecavir Cave in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B.Methods: Randomly selected from our hospital during 2007-2009 years of outpatient and inpatient cases 32 cases, randomly divided into treatment group, control group.The treatment group of 16 cases, 16 cases in the control group. Al cases were regularly monitored: (1) biochemical indicators, after the start of treatment 1 times a month, 3 times in a row, with improved 1 times every 3 months; (2) viral markers, including HBV DNA and HBeAg, anti -HBe, general y after the start of treatment 1 months after 1-3 detection, every 3-6 months testing 1; (3) according to the condition, periodic testing of blood, serum creatinine and creatine kinase index. Results: The treatment group:1、 4 cases, complete response.2、In 12 cases, partial response.3, no response in 0 cases.The effective rate of treatment 100%.Control group:1、 2 cases, complete response.2、In 10 cases, partial response.3、 no response in 4 cases, the effective rate of treatment was 75%, there was significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion: Adefovir and entecavir Cave is effective in treatment of chronic hepatitis B.
