我国已进入老龄化社会，老年护理事业也正面临新的挑战。本文通过对我国老年护理面临的问题分析，提出相应的对策，探讨如何更好地发展我国的老年护理事业。
China has entered the aging society, the aged care industry is facing new chal enges. This paper proposes the corresponding measures based on analysis of the problems the aged care facing, and discuss how to bet er develop China's care industry .
