目的：探讨 CK19mRNA、CEA 和 CA199对结直肠癌预后判断的价值及在随诊中的意义。方法：收集76例结直肠癌患者、35例结直肠良性疾病患者和20例健康献血员的外周血细胞，分别抽提 RNA，逆转录聚合酶链反应法测定 CK19mRNA 水平；收集上述病例外周血血浆，电化学发光法检测 CEA,CA199含量。数据分别以 t 检验和 x2检验进行统计学处理。结果：三联检测的灵敏度、约登指数最高。结论：结直肠癌患者外周血 CK19mRNA、CEA、CA199联合检测可起到互补作用，明显提高检测的灵敏度和约登指数，能较好的提高大肠癌患者的阳性率，帮助临床大夫选择合理的治疗方案，综合判断预后，在随诊中及早发现复发。
Objective:To explore the value of prognosis and significance of fol ow up in colorectal cancer patients of peripheral blood CK19mRNA、CEA、CA19-9.Methods:With the application of reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR)and ECLIA,test the level of peripheral blood CK19mRNA、CEA、CA19-9,Do testing for 76cases of colorectal cancer patients, 35 cases of benign lung diseases patients and 20 health blood donors.For data statistics, apply t-test and x2-test. Results :The joint detection sensitivity, about the highest .Conclusion:The joint detection of colorectal cancer patients of peripheral blood CK19mRNA,CEA,CA19-9 can play a complementary role and notably promote the sensitivity and youden index of peripheral blood testing, but specificity with no significant decline.The joint detection has important clinical significance in prognosis, treatment and recurrence of colorectal cancer.
