Objective:To investigate performance characteristic of ultrasonography in diagnosis early-stage renal cellcarcinoma(crcc),and to improve the diagnostic rate to this il ness.Methods:Using Color Doppler flow ultrasonography to do general examination to the patient.Results:15 cases abnormal examined from 3681 cases,10 cases among them show different thickness of cystic wal ,5 cases are nodules on cystic wal and septa,and 6 cases appears different thickness of septum,Color Doppler appears arterial and venous blood signals,15 cases confirmed by fol ow-up observation or pathological after Color Doppler Ultrasonography examined to solid nodules on cystic wal s and septa.Conclusion:15 cases with clearly Cystic wal edge,different thickness of cystic wal ,different thickness of septum and solid nodules on cystic wal and septum.14 cases have been confirmed by Color Doppler Ulteasonography for the first time,one case was mis-diagnosed as renal cyst.Color Doppler Ultrasonography has a great value for the diagnosis of cystic renal cellcarcinoma.
