Objective: To investigate the treatment method for ureteral injury caused by Ureteroscope operation. Methods: 19 patients with ureteral injury in our hospital from 2009 to 2012 the ureteral operation, the implementation of end-to-end ureteral anastomosis, stripping mucosal reduction and internal drainage, Boari flap ureteral reimplantation, returning back to the generation of ureter. Results: among the 19 patients, 1 cases of ureteral stricture, 1 cases of infection, 17 cases without exception, efficiency is 89.5%. Conclusion: Patients with ureteroscopy operation for ureteral injury, treatment according to the type of injury and scope, effectively improve the prognosis of patients.
