Burnout,severely harmed the physical and mental health and the stability of the medical team,has been widely spread among the nurse group.Based on the cases of burnout activity from both China and overseas,this study aims at discussing the major cause and effect of burnout in order to find a bet er solution and reference for the medical workers.
