十八味党参丸的质量标准研究

目的:建立藏药十八味党参丸的质量标准。方法:显微鉴别,薄层鉴别方法。结果:建立了处方中、决明子、诃子、毛诃子的显微鉴别方法;建立了木香、藏菖蒲、决明子的薄层鉴别方法;对该制剂处方中榜那(主要成分为乌头碱)确定了限度。结论:本方法简便、准确、重复性良好,可用于十八味党参丸的质量控制。
Objective: To set up the quality of Tibetan medicine Shibawei Dangshen Wan standard. Methods: The main ingredients in a prescription were identified by microscopic and TLC. Results: Semen cassiae,medicine terminalia fruit, and fructus terminaliae bil ericae in the prescription were identified by microscopic; common aucklandia root, acorus calamus L., and semen cassiae in the prescription were identified by TLC; the toxic component aconitine in radix aconiti was determined the limit.Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate, good repeatability. It can be used for quality control of Tibet traditional medicine Shibawei Dangshen pil s.
