Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of noninvasive positive pressure ventilation in patients with acute left heart failure. Methods:Noninvasive positive pressure ventilation in the treatment of 48 cases of patients with acute left heart failure, the changes of HR, SBP, DBP, RR, PaO2 and SpO2 were observed. The Results:HR, SBP, DBP, RR of patients with acute left heart failure were significantly lower than before, which in the treatment of noninvasive positive pressure ventilation. PaO2 and SpO2 also been improved. The efficiency of the treatment with noninvasive positiver pressure ventilation can reach 87.5%. Conclusions:The treatment of noninvasive positive pressure ventilation to the patients with acute left ventricular failure is effective.
