优质护理应用于普外科护理体会

目的:探讨优质护理措施对提高普外科患者满意度的效果。方法:75例患者介绍普外科常规护理措施,75例在常规护理措施基础上给予优质护理措施,观察患者满意度的变化。结果:前者病例满意度明显优于后者,二者差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05);优质护理使得患者满意度有了很大提升。结论:优质护理可明显提高患者及家属的满意度,有必要再临床广泛推广。
Objective:measures of quality care to improve the general surgical patient satisfaction results. Methods:75 patients routine care measures introduced general surgery, 75 cases in the routine care measures to give quality care measures on the basis of observed changes in patient satisfaction. Results:significantly bet er than the satisfaction of the former the lat er case, the difference was statistical y significant (P <0.05); quality care so that patient satisfaction has been greatly improved. Conclusion:quality care can significantly improve the satisfaction of patients and their families, it is necessary to further clinical widely promoted.
