Objective:measures of quality care to improve the general surgical patient satisfaction results. Methods:75 patients routine care measures introduced general surgery, 75 cases in the routine care measures to give quality care measures on the basis of observed changes in patient satisfaction. Results:significantly bet er than the satisfaction of the former the lat er case, the difference was statistical y significant (P <0.05); quality care so that patient satisfaction has been greatly improved.
