Objective:To investigate research preoperative counseling for women of childbearing age use IUDs effect.Methods:January 2009-June 2010 to stop using the IUD contraceptive me and no other contraindications in women of childbearing age 1100 cases were randomly divided into experimental group and control group of 550 cases. Experimental group get bet er advice in the control group to obtain more general advice. The effects of the two groups using the questionnaire.Results:The experimental group compared with the control group, the acceptability was significantly increased, and the experimental group and the result of accidental pregnancy symptoms were significantly lower than the control group removed (P <0.05). And the two groups in the incidence of adverse reactions and IUD shift prolapse rate was no significant difference (P>0.05).Conclusion:Preoperative consulting services can effectively promote women's reproductive health, family planning work to provide basic protection.
