健康教育对糖尿病肾病患者认知依从性的干预研究

目的:观察健康教育对糖尿病肾病患者认知依从性的影响,并进一步指导临床。方法:对潍坊市人民医院诊治的548例糖尿病患者进行问卷调查,了解糖尿病肾病患者对急慢性并发症防治知识掌握情况及自我管理情况。结果:糖尿病肾病患者健康教育前后对并发症防治知识掌握情况有差别,教育后防治知识掌握情况明显提高,但与目标值仍有一定差距。患者的自我管理情况教育后显著提高。结论:健康教育为糖尿病患者提供基础信息,对有效地控制糖尿病的发展具有重要意义。
Objective To observe the effect of health education on the cognitive compliance in patients with diabetic nephropathy, and to guide clinical. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted on 548 cases of diabetic patients in Weifang People's Hospital, understand the acute and chronic complications prevention knowledge and self-management of patients with diabetic nephropathy. Results Health education on the prevention and treatment of complications in patients with diabetic nephropathy and knowledge difference, after education, prevention and control knowledge is obviously improved, there is stil a certain gap with the target value. Significantly improve the self-management education in patients after. Conclusion Health education to provide basic information for patients with diabetes, is of great significance to the development of effective control of diabetes mel itus.
