objective:research and analysis the current endocrine expert outpatient service of department of gynaecology the quality of doctor-patient communication, improving measures are put forward. Methods:in our hospital in January 2011-May 2012 treated 400 patients with gynecological endocrinology as research object, adopts the questionnaire investigation and statistical analysis of survey results. Results:the history data and treatment of 400 patients information as fol ows:in to ask the doctor to the patient, there are 114 patients provides a complete treatment, accounting for 28.5%of the total, 149 patients provides a complete check, accounting for 37.25%of the total. In the doctor to the patient shows the results in the examination and treatment measures shal be taken, after only 83 patients to check the structure has a certain understanding, accounting for 20.75%of the total, 111 patients for the treatment of the doctor said to understand, accounting for 27.75%of the total. Through the analysis of correlation, found that age, not less than 20 years and not more than 40 patients compared with the age, no more than 20 years, the medical history data provided information more accurate and treatment process, high degree of culture of the information provided by the relatively accurate, not care patients than medical group patients the information provided by the low accuracy, contrasts between groups differences (P < 0.05), with statistical significance. At itude to treatment for patients: 219 patients in the doctor-patient communication process that the doctor is very important to the patient's at ention, accounted for 54.75%, very tal to the requirement of medical treatment, 148 patients accounted for 37%. Conclusion:in the gynecologic endocrine clinic, accounting for more than the number of patients because of the limitation of age, and cultural degree is not enough as wel as professional limitation, on medical history and treatment process information provided is unable to provide more accurate information, at the same time is also difficult to correct the result of the inspection, no cognition for the treatment of expert advice, in addition, the medical personnel need to strengthen the patient's psychological at ention.
