objective:analysis method of solid silicone prosthesis rhinoplasty and prevention of complications. Methods:Retrospective analysis in 2009 January to 2013 April were treated 57 cases of augmentation rhinoplasty with, including male 20 cases, female 37 cases, average age is 27.2 years old. Operation with nasal vestibular incision augmentation rhinoplasty with solid silicon rubber, analysis method and complication of operation. Results:of the 57 patients, 53 cases of operation effect is satisfactory, the satisfactory rate was 93%, varying degrees of complications in 6 cases, after the treatment with satisfactory results. Conclusion:in augmentation rhinoplasty, mainly caused by complications usual y peeling prosthesis curving and operation process, the operation is successful or not play a decisive role.
