Objective:To study the protect effects and related mechanisms of the rhythmic motion on the health of human cardiovascular system. Methods:40 subjects were selected. Each one do rhythmic motion for 15 min respectively at 10:00 and 15:00,and jogging for 15 min at 18:00every day for 30 days. Detection was taken respectively before and after the experiment at the same time. Results:The rhythmic motion can significantly improve the activity values of the relevant organs of cardiovascular system,and can adjust the activity values of neuroendocrine system. Conclusion:The rhythmic motion can adjusting metabolism and neuroendocrine system fountion to improve the cardiovascular system health.
