节律运动对机体心血管系统健康的影响

目的:研究节律运动对人体心血管系统健康的保护作用及可能的作用机制。方法:选取40名受试者进行运动干预。每天10:00和15:00各进行一次时常15min的节律性运动,下午18:00慢跑15min,连续干预30天。分别于实验前、实验后相同时间段进行相关指标检测。结果:节律运动干预可明显改善心血管系统组织器官生物活性值,并可调节神经-内分泌系统相关指标的生物活性值。结论:节律运动可以通过调节机体代谢,调节神经-内分泌系统机能,改善心血管系统健康。
Objective:To study the protect effects and related mechanisms of the rhythmic motion on the health of human cardiovascular system. Methods:40 subjects were selected. Each one do rhythmic motion for 15 min respectively at 10:00 and 15:00,and jogging for 15 min at 18:00every day for 30 days. Detection was taken respectively before and after the experiment at the same time. Results:The rhythmic motion can significantly improve the activity values of the relevant organs of cardiovascular system,and can adjust the activity values of neuroendocrine system. Conclusion:The rhythmic motion can adjusting metabolism and neuroendocrine system fountion to improve the cardiovascular system health.
