目的：探讨宝山区社区精神分裂症患者社会功能缺陷的影响因素。方法：使用自制家庭状况量表和SDSS社会功能缺陷筛选量表，对宝山区截止2012年12月31日所有登记在册的社区精神分裂症患者进行随访评估。通过分析，找出影响患者社会功能的主要因素。结果：（1）调查的4044例社区精神分裂症患者中，只有81例(2%)患者社区功能评分小于2分，其余3963例(98%)都有不同程度的社会功能缺陷。（2）社区精神分裂症患者社会功能同年龄、职业、婚姻状况、文化程度等相关，其 P 值都小于0.05。（3）进行多因素回归分析，发现社区精神分裂症患者社会功能的主要影响因素是年龄和职业。结论：社区精神分裂症患者的社会功能与患者年龄、婚姻状况、文化程度、职业等因素相关。
Objective:To investigate the factors effect on social disability of the patients with schizophrenia in community .Methods:To fol ow up the patients with schizophrenia in community who registered before Dec 31th 2012 by home situation schedule and social disability screening schedule . Though analysis ,find the main factors effect on social disability of the patients. Results (1) In the whole 4044 patients with schizophrenia in community ,we find 81(2%) persons′score of SDSS less than 2,the other 3963(98%) patients have social disability more or less.(2) age ,marriage state ,degree education and working state related to social disability of patients with schizophrenia in community .(P<0.05) (3)logistic regression analysis ,we find the main factors effect on social disability are age and working state.Conclusion:age ,marriage state ,degree education and working state related to social disability of patients with schizophrenia in community .
