Objective:To investigate the effects of physician-nurse cooperation grading nursing model in emergency department patients under boservation. Methods:Experimental group:Eighty-eight patients under observation in emergency department treaded in the east campus during the period of January to May in 2013. This group implemented the physician-nurse cooperation grading nursing model. Control group: seventy-one patients under observation in emergency department treaded in the west campus during the same period without the physician-nurse cooperation grading nursing model. The two groups were compared by the nursing measures to carry out, the mismatching between nursing grading comparing and patient`s condition.Results:After implemented the physician-nurse cooperation grading nursing model, statistical changes were detected not only in the nursing measures to carry out(P<0.01-0.05),but also the mismatching between nursing grading comparing and patient`s condition(P<0.01-0.05).Conclusion:Physician-nurse cooperation grading nursing model helps to improve the consistency of matching between nursing grading comparing and patient`s condition, strengthen the implementation of nursing intervention, so as to improve the quality of nursing, to reduce nursing risks.
