目的：分析我院制剂虎杖解毒颗粒使用情况，为虎杖解毒颗粒后续研究提供一定文献基础。方法：查找2010年-2012年虎杖解毒颗粒总使用情况、各季度使用情况、各药房使用情况的数据，并对数据作相关分析。结果：虎杖解毒颗粒2010年、2011年、2012年使用量分别占院内中药制剂使用总量的49.31%、65.99%、64.74%；从虎杖解毒颗粒各季度使用情况看：1季度和4季度使用量高于2季度和3季度；从各药房使用情况看，虎杖解毒颗粒在门诊药房使用量比例高达60%以上。结论：虎杖解毒颗粒为我院使用量最大的院内中药制剂品种，具有一定的季节性，且在门诊患者中使用量最大，具有开发价值和广阔的市场前景。
Objective:Analysis of HUZHANG JIEDU KELI for use in our hospital during 2010-2012,and provide a literature foundation for fol ow-up study of HUZHANG JIEDU KELI,Methods:find the data of HUZHANG JIEDU KELI for the total usage、the Quarter of usage、The pharmacy usage during 2010-2012,and analyse the data.Results:Use of HUZHANG JIEDU KELI in 2010、 2011、2012 respectively accounted for preparation of traditional Chinese Medicine of the 49.31%、65.99%、64.74%;The 1 and 4 quarter amount higher than the 2 quarter and 3 quarter; The proportion of HUZHANG JIEDU KELI in outpatient pharmacy is higher than 60%. Conclusion:HUZHANG JIEDU KELI for traditional Chinese medicine preparations for maximum use of our institute, has obvious seasonal, and in the outpatient use amount is the largest, with development value and broad market prospects.
