自制生物防旋垫在术后下肢制动中运用的临床研究

目的:探讨使用自制生物型海绵防旋制动垫对全髋置换术后制动的效果。方法:将40例股全髋置换术后病人随机单盲分为观察组和对照组,每组各20例,观察组患者全髋置换术后使用生物型海绵防旋制动垫作为固定器具,对照组术后使用传统丁字鞋作为固定器具。结果:在稳固性、皮肤损伤、舒适度方面观察组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用生物型海绵防旋制动垫有利于全髋置换术后患肢的康复,可作为良好有效的固定器具。
Objective:To evaluate the brake effect of homemade biologic anti-rotation sponge cushion on patients after total hip replacement. Methods:We studied from 40 patients after total hip replacement.They were randomized into two groups,20 cases in each group.The experimental group patients after total hip replacement applied biologic anti-rotation sponge cushion as fixed appliance,the control group routinely applied T-shoes. Results:The observation group is superior to the control group in terms of stability,skin lesions,degree of comfort,there were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion:The application of biologic anti-rotation sponge cushion is conducive to the rehabilitation after total hip replacement, it can be used as a good effective fixed appliance.
