目的：探讨双层阔筋膜夹持钛网加表皮生长因子治疗鼻中隔穿孔的可行性并对其疗效进行评价。方法：通过对18例双层阔筋膜夹持钛网加表皮生长因子治疗鼻中隔穿孔和9例传统的鼻中隔黏膜减张缝合法修补鼻中隔穿孔结果进行分析总结。结果：双层阔筋膜夹持钛网加表皮生长因子治疗鼻中隔穿孔并发症少、疗效显著，治愈率明显高于传统方法。结论：双层阔筋膜夹持钛网加表皮生长因子治疗鼻中隔穿孔手术成功率高。
Objective:To investigate the double fascia lata clamping with titanium mesh and epidermal growth factor in treating nasal septum perforation. Methods:18 cases with double fascia lata clamping with titanium mesh and epidermal growth factor in treating nasal septal perforation and 9 cases with traditional nasal septum mucosa suture repair of the perforation of nasal septum. Results:The double fascia lata clamping with titanium mesh and epidermal growth factor in treating perforation of nasal septum with few complications, curative effect is distinct, the cure rate was significantly higher than that of the traditional method. Conclusion:The advantages of double fascia lata clamping with titanium mesh and epidermal growth factor in treating nasal septal perforation is high success rate.
