目的：观察应用延长锁骨上岛状皮瓣修复舌癌术后缺损患者的疗效并总结护理经验。方法：对我科收治的53例舌癌使用延长锁骨上岛状皮瓣修复术后缺损术前术后护理资料进行回顾性分折。结果：53例患者均手术成功，48例皮瓣成活，其中5例皮瓣边缘坏死，经清仓后达到一期愈合，成活率90.6%。5例皮瓣坏死。术后舌外形恢复、吞咽、语音功能良好。结论：通过围手术期配合良好护理，有效促进患者掌握相关知识和自护持能，有效提高生存质量。
Objective:To investigate the perioperative nursing of extended supraclavicular fasciocutaneous flap (eSIF) for repairing defects of the tongue fol owing cancer ablation. after oral cancer ablation.Methods:the perioperative nursing of application extended supraclavicular fasciocutaneous flap for repairing defects of the tongue fol owing cancer ablation for 53 Patients with tongue cancer were analysis. Result:The eSIF survived in 48 cases, including five cases with minimal necrosis. Conclusions:The correct Preoperative nursing intervention is good to preparation before operation, effective postoperative care made for diminish adverse reaction after operation, the flaps are survival easier.
